Steps Towards A Better You

Hello, there it's ya girl...Lil'Lady. I'm starting a new series on change. Change is inevitable but it's only possible when we take the steps necessary towards change. I posted a blog on my myspace page, which I will be posting here soon. But for those who want to bring change to their lives....start by taking small steps. Nothing happens overnight, but if you begin with small goals leading to that one major goal then you can do it!!! Right now my goal is to lead a healthier lifestyle. Constantly I feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and running off of pure determination. Now to me that's nothing but faith when I can keep going despite everything that's going on or the way I feel. But perseverance produces character right ? Right now I am developing a self-plan in order to achieve my goal. I'm short on cash right now so I can't just go to the store and buy all the health foods they have. But I can take my baby steps by buying one or two healthy items a week and adding them to my diet. This week I brought some salmon. Also, I brought a little bit of fruit for me to snack on or eat for breakfast as a quick meal. What are your goals ? Whatever they are write them down and plan them out. Then go for it!!!
